Ann Rivet,
Thanks for noticing the speed I had the spinnaker up over night fo the fist time. Panama was so different and so cheap/poor that I had difficulty understanding it while there but it was an amazing time.

Well done Tony.  3,00 miles in 3 weeks. Some going.  We were in the Til when you phoned and had to get the Atlas out to find out where you were. Hope the next leg is not so far.  Best wishes
Anne and Paul.

I hope you are enjoying your voyage, I will keep up to date with it on my home computer from now on..
Yes I am retiring on 31st May 2005, the last working day is 20th May and the rest is leave.
I am not doing something as adventurous as you are but I will be taking the summer off to go hill walking, painting, photographing and seeing some small parts of this great big world that I have not yet seen.
Best Wishes for the rest of the journey

Hi Tony
Just been reading about the Marquesas Islands, looks like you are heading to a beautiful part of the world!  When my friend went travelling she said that the Cook Islands were her favourite destination.  Lots of postcards please, good to have something to look at to dream of being there instead of a very boring office in Bristol.

Lots of love and hugs
Danielle xx

PS Work didn't go with the fibre glass idea, but made the suggestion anyway, more expensive than steel!

Dear All,
Your messages are making me feel very home sick, thank you very very much.

Chris, Karen and the Cub,
Woodvale sounds great being by the sea it should give you the confidence over water to make the trip accross the mouth of the Mersey and get to the VAPC fly-ins down south. She knowns her way around Manchester zone and round the Scotish Islands.

Keith Nicholls,
Theres just a bunch of old Tortoises here and some twisted finches all the other animals are much the same as else where. The only difference is you have to pay a fortune to see them here.

Re: Cub. She has moved from Ashcroft via Barton to Woodvale. (300 yds from our house) Cool or what?

Still following your adventure and most envious! Keep up the good work.

Happy Birthday Tony.  Thanks for the champers - it was lovely.  I don't normally indulge but I enjoyed it.  It was the end of season Crib dinner last night too so we had plenty of food and drink. Hope you have/had a good day.
Anne and Paul.

Hi Tony,
Happy Birthday for the 20th! Hope you are well. You sound to be in very good form. We're hoping to fly to White Waltham this weekend, weather permitting and Popham soon, too. Everything OK at the airfield - we've built a new clubhouse for the bottom hangars and are in the process of finishing it off now, thank goodness! You'll be able to have a cup of tea in style soon. Look after yourself. Speak to you again soon. Love, Bruce & Wendy.
